The food is good. Problem is they haven't gotten it right all 3 times I've been there. I was short a burger, called, drove back and still didn't get wat I paid for. Paid a 10 pc nuggets - got 6 pc, taco salad w no sour cream or fork, never get any napkins either. I'm giving up on this location. I feel ripped off when I can't get what I paid for. They owe me about a meal now for all I've been shorted. My advice sit at the window and make sure B4 leaving. They are not going to make it right otherwise. 👎 Can't believe they can't get it right outta 3 times, what the heck?

No ice in drinks, and gave us half the order thinking it was done. We made our drinks large and still got small, and absolutely no sauce in the bag and the fries were horrendous and cold.

Super trashy staff. Drove through like 2 hours before they close, it was absolutely dead. Guy taking my order/at the window (manager?) is acting like I'm bothering him with my small order. At the window he's loudly complaining to another employee about making my food and how he can't get a break because people keep driving through. Hands me my drink and its spilling out over the sides, slams the window when he hands me my food. Seriously dude, get a new job and a reality check. Wound up just throwing it all away.

Dear management of this Wendy's locations. I truly hope you see all these 1 star reviews. Your staff is unprofessional, rude and just plain incompetent. They mess up then went on to say it was my fault. If your establishment had half as good of service as the chick fil a next door, you would make more money and keep customers. I will gladly be spending no more money at this location. If you believe “quality is our recipe” it doesn’t show. I throw away our meal. The fries were cold and the nuggets were so hard my son couldn’t eat them.

I was served onions on my burger had an allergic reaction to them made a report and Nothing was done I have video went to the hospital got treated there and suffer the pain. Thanks
