Went to go get an oil change and tires rotated yesterday. Was given a quote and decided not do the service because the local dealer would actually do it for a better rate and I could wait a day. The shocking part is when I decided not to use them an employee immediately said good we don’t need your business 🤯. What kind of customer service is this. I was stunned that would be said in front of me, and I have been a long time customer of this store. I understand occasionally one vendor may not be cheaper than another but can’t say I will go back anytime soon to this store after yesterday. I would travel 45 min to go to another store and than have to come back and revive that kind of service again

Rented a vehicle from Enterprise that had some pretty low coolant levels. When I spoke with the Manager Enterprise they states I need to take it to one of their "national partners". The first number I was given was to pep boys, who were extremely rude and would not take the literal 3 seconds needed to add the engine coolant. Justin at Pep Boys told me they didn't have 5 seconds all day and I could come back tomorrow and try which was of no help. The Manager at Enterprise then told me to reach out to Firestone, another partner of theirs, where I spoke with Art and his amazing team on Dale road! Not only did they help me but as soon as I arrived they had somebody rush right out and had one of their team members come out to top off the engine coolant which took under 5 seconds and they were extremely happy to help as we are on our way out of town. Talk about customer service the way it should be, thank you Art and the amazing Firestone team on Dale Rd., you guys are awesome!
