We had a reservation one month ago . Plus an appointment at 10 am we were there before our appointment. HOW FUNNY . the girl she told us oh I Don't have a car for you guys yet . I guess that explains everything. Definitely I'm not going there and I won't recommend them .we end up spending all day looking for a car to rent

Representative and manager were super rude. Manager was on speaker phone and said "tell her she can leave and to have a good day." I had a reservation, money in my account but they wouldn't take same day debit payments. I had $1500 cash, they wouldn't take that and instead of calling corporate and even attempting to work it out, they basically kicked me out. Hard pass. Too many other rental places to deal with that hostility. Good riddance to yall n I hope hertz corporate treats you guys appropriately.

Go to Hertz website to make reservation. Yes you can leave your car there.
It needs to be a bank issued card that allows holds for the deposit and for liability reasons... Major credit cards can be used too, but may have a different requirement.
