I was looking to get information on an apartment in this community & the leasing agents were amazing. Both Leslie & Vivi were beyond great. Leslie to her time to discuss all the units that were available & also gave us a tour of one of the units. The customer service was phenomenal & I can’t wait to be a resident of this great community.

In 1.5 years I've had three bathroom floods. One so bad it required me to find a place to stay for a week. This past Weds I came home to a contractor in my apartment packing up to leave. I had a flood and no one contacted me. It was only partially fixed and a mess left. Third apparently the ce back no notice even though I had requested it. Grouted over dirty floor left s mess and didn't address the bubble in the ceiling that I pointed out could break on my head at any time. Friday I emailed and called and after being hung up on three times when being transferred I was told no one would be in till probably Monday. I pointed out a bathroom is essential and you have an emery line but no service till Monday I recommend anyone looking for an apartment go elsewhere. If a bathroom is not en emergency to them I would wonder what is. No your not turning this back on me. I spent hours on call to you . Just today I was disconnected three times being transferred. This is past repairable.

These 5 stars are for Lynnette she’s been so helpful during any issues and has been one of the few ppl that cares about the tenants happiness in the complex. She also takes it upon herself to help explain any proceeding we don’t understand and walks us through the process and being bilingual is a plus!

Definitely not recommending this property We have an issue with a leaking maintenance cannot fix that it’s been a while since we have this problem seens like they don’t know what they are doing…

Don't move here I have a mouse problem I've called over nd over again and nothing has been done this is not the place to move to
It's not hard for everyone to find someone 🤔 who speaks Spanish almost no one

And lots of mold In the ceilings and walls
They do not work and they are expensive, there are hidden things that they do not tell you and then they send you to collect
No. You can apply for a program that could give you a small discount in rent and another for electric and gas bill assistance.
