Our 16 person party showed up for our 0530pm CONFIRMED reservation for my best friends rehearsal dinner on 10/20/22. We were met with off lights and locked doors. After banging on the doors for over 5 minutes a member of the kitchen staff came out and stated they were closed. We explained we were here for a confirmed reservation and he went and grabbed the manager. We spoke to Heidi who stated she had no knowledge of our reservation and they had closed for their off season hours. We were incredibly surprised because their website states they don't close for the season until November 1st. A member of our party pointed out that she was CC'd on the confirmation email (that was also sent to all other members of management) and she just said "I'm so embarrassed" and we were left to fend for ourselves for the evening. Absolutely nothing was offered as a recompense for this unexcusable oversight. Luckily we were able to find a lovely restaurant across the street that was able to accommodate a 16 person party last minute with ONE server (Granite Run Taphouse). Everything at Granite Run was fantastic, including the live music by Jules Jams!! If you're ever in the area, it's a clear choice which restaurant to choose as Lees Landing will leave you out in the cold with nowhere to go on what's supposed to be one of the best days of your life.

We had a reservation for 16 people for a rehearsal dinner for our wedding and when we arrived on the date of the reservation, the restaurant was closed. We had spoken to the general manager and made the reservation in late August, we even had a confirmation email with all members of management CC'd in the email confirming the reservation, but when we arrived the doors were locked and no one was inside other than a few members of kitchen staff, we were able to speak to a member of staff and they told us they were closed on Thursdays now that they changed to their off season hours. I'm sorry does none of the management know when their off seasons starts? Do they not have a calendar? We were given no explanation other than they must have forgotten when the reservation was made, completely unacceptable. Luckily Granite Run Taproom across the street was able to accommodate our party of 16 with only 5 minutes notice and gave us exceptional service, but I am just flabbergasted at how such an enormous screw up could have occurred.

On Thursday, October 20, 2022, family and guests left the wedding rehearsal for my daughter’s wedding and headed to your restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. We departed Rising Sun and arrived about 30 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation. We were surprised to see the restaurant appear to be closed, but assumed it had not opened for business yet. Much to our dismay, we were told by Heidi, the general manager, that off-season hours had changed and that the restaurant was closed. This was a surprise, considering the restaurant’s website stated that off-season did not start until November. Imagine being the father of the bride and telling her that plans made in summer had somehow been disregarded and now her wedding party was left out in the cold with nowhere to go. I understand mistakes happen. But as we were offered nothing as a way in a mea culpa and were simply left to fend for ourselves is intolerable. I cannot state in strong enough terms my dissatisfaction and loathing of what Lee’s Landing did to crush my daughter’s perfect evening. No mention of making this right. No offer of a future dinner to make up for the error. Simply nothing at all

Yesterday, 10/20/22, we arrived at Lee’s Landing for a rehearsal dinner of 16 people. We had confirmed this reservation with Heidi, Dave, and Terri on 8/31/22 via their email submission form as well as multiple personal emails and phone calls. The Lee’s website notes that they do close for the fall/winter season around 11/1/22, but of course we were not concerned about this as the rehearsal dinner was for 10/20/22 and it was confirmed via email with the management team. We arrived at Lee’s for our reservation to all the doors being closed and locked. We attempted to call the phone number with no answer. Our group walked around and tried to see if maybe they were closed until 5-5:30? Or they had a private room for us? One of the kitchen crew members walked out to address our party and told us that the GM Heidi was on site but they were indeed closed. I personally came in and spoke with Heidi and showed her the confirmation emails. She checked the reservation “book” and there was nothing written down for that day which is confusing as we have the email confirmation from her and her team. She did apologize but said there wasn’t anything she could do. We weren’t offered any kind of gift card or other accommodation for the mixup. Funnily enough, Heidi also told me that she “doesn’t often check her emails” and she then sat on a stool in disbelief. I am extremely disappointed that I just was told “I don’t know what to say” from the restaurant GM while my entire party of 16 was waiting outside in the cold. The bride and groom were inconsolable. I’m still not sure why they don’t use an electronic service like Open Table but they may want to look into it. Since they were closed, there was nothing they could do, and we had to immediately had to pivot and spend our $1800 plus tip elsewhere. I’ve been to Lee’s during their prime season and have had a great time, but have no interest in supporting this restaurant further. Thank god we didn’t have a group of 30+ or may have ended up at Mcdonald’s for dinner.

It has an 18% gratuity automatically added, has it posted at a bunch of places inside and outside. Likely the case
Its pretty much always fairly full on weekends. However when they have events...its NUTS
Yes, not the same experience as when its in season but still a great experience none the less.
I would as they are only open on the weekends now and weather is to be really nice. Also gives them a heads up for larger parties.
Unsure, I believe they are closed during the winter. It may be difficult to contact a manager to inquire. Best wishes!
