The park and ride parking area is always free. Im not sure about transportation options to the game
I have left my car overnight without any issues. I think the official website may say no overnight parking.
Not sure about semi's but plenty of people leave their vehicle overnight while traveling out of state from this terminal.
No fees for commuters. But not sure about special events. Try searching Military Bowl parking.
