Called, talked to someone about renting a vehicle, and they said they have a car waiting for me. I got a cab over here and the gentleman at the front desk said they didn’t have any vehicles to lend out. Only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the guy behind the desk was polite.

This is the best rental place in the Business. Let me explain. I had to move from Maryland to kentucky right away in order to start a new job that was a big raise for me. I put the reservation a day before and i knew they didnt have alot of cars. They worked so hard to get me a car.They even even droppes it off. Now i explained that i couldnt come back that i had to drop the car in kentucky.Usually there is a big drop off fee....lets just say they worked with us . I will never use another company.These ppl will put you first...please be respectful to them.

This place Is GREAT!!! The office manager Ernest is the most kind and honest person you could ever deal with. He will do everything is his power to make sure every customer he has is taken care of to 100% satisfaction. He will go out of his way to help you out. Need a car in a hurry but his store is sold out? He will go out of his way to make sure you have a car anyway! He makes sure the rest of his staff is the same way also, even his car cleaning staff, Mr. James, treats you with all the respect you expect plus more! They all take the time to know each and every customer by name, open the door for you, call you sir or ma'am, and even give you a ride home after you drop the car off if you need it. The cars are always clean, enough gas in them, and in perfect shape when you get it. To sum this all up, if you need Enterprise Rent_a_Car, this is the location you want to be at. They are the complete opposite of what you expect Elkton to be, and that's a good thing!
