It was 10:40 am and not busy. The food was ok and was prepared quickly. But my utensils were very dirty with food smeared on them. I took them back for clean ones. No one but me seemed to be concerned. After I finished my salad I noticed the outside of my bowl was dirty, too. This was my favorite Panera but not sure I'll eat there again.

Nice place! We stopped here on our way to our vacations and then going back home. Staff friendly, pastries good, coffee and cappuccino good. The place is clean, lots of parking spots around the building
