Seriously one of the worst parking experiences I have ever had. First off, I am a native New Yorker. I went out for evening of dining, release and relaxation. Drove to the city, parked using my phone and a prepaid Groupon, grabbed dinner and went to see Chris Rock at Radio City Music Hall. Good night so far, after the festivities went to retrieve my car and I was asked to pay again. I showed the cashier/associate with the ponytail the paper ticket given. I also showed him the text from his company that I received after I dropped off my vehicle. To further substantiate my claim I showed the the app and the prepaid electronic reservation. He looks at me with a stooc dead face, and says 30$. I tell him I paid 45 for an oversized vehicle. I ask him to call his manager before he this becomes an "oversized" problem. He asks me to step aside. So I did thinking he would work to sort this out. He simply begins serving other patrons. After 10 mins I ask what's the status. He says "30 dollars". I tell him there's no way you're getting another nickel out of me. Just ask that time the associate who checked me in appears and tells him no this guy prepaid. He gives the guys the hand and says "no, 30 dollars". Now I am feeling myself getting "hot". I walk around to the office door which is open and speak to everyone in the office. I give them my phone and tell them to get the ticket from the other guy and sort this out or or this night will be long and bad for us all. Just then another associate looks at it and says "yeah he paid already". He does what he does in the computer and then goes to retrieve my vehicle. The initial associate looks at me and never offers an apology or a classic "New York My bad,". This was literally and by far the worst experience I had parking in the city. If you can park elsewhere do it.

Horrible experience. Showed up to pick up my car, right around the time I said I would, and it took them four employees and a half hour to find it. Never again.

SPARE YOURSELF!!! Do not park in this garage. My vehicle severely was damaged in the lot (while park), the video footage was captured, however I have still not received ANY form of compensation. I filed a complaint, called the police, and will move on to sue — all to settle the damage placed on me. Unbelievable! Also, don’t bother calling management they are equally as unhelpful and will even argue with you on the phone. I have recordings to prove it.

I understand that it is very busy for being in Manhattan, I was 45 min waiting for my car, and the useless lady at the front desk is unable to give accurate information about what is happening with the car... one of the worst parking in New York.

It might vary depending on the day. I used Spothero app to book parking last time I was there. I would highly recommend using that app for parking in NYC.

$50+ where I park on upper east side. I don't know about this location. Check their website for discounts.
