I submitted taxes for my father last year, who has gone to Taxman for years. A few months later, we received a notice that they had been filed late, despite email confirmation from Taxman that they were filed on time. After a lot of back and forth, Taxman said they would take care of it and not to pay the late fee. Well, a year later, I've received a notice in the mail of delinquent payment plus interest. It was never taken care of, so I advise others NOT to trust them to handle the things they say they will (filing on time, follow ups). If you don't have the time to stay on them, I suggest going somewhere else.

Something has gone terribly wrong, never have I waited more than 3 days for my taxes to be done. I dropped off my taxes on April 16th, and was told they wouldn't be ready till the 18th, it's May 4 and their still not done. Called the office a couple of times, first I didn't get a call back, second time I was told they would be ready by the end of the week, that turned out to be a false statement. Currently waiting for a callback from the owner, but the bad taste in my mouth is not going away anytime soon.

Never again Customer Service went out the window, George would never allow this! Lina is amazing, however the guy that answers the phone as well as Alexis are rude and lazy! When I asked what was happening with my state return she told me to call and find out? The guy had me on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes? I don’t pay to get told by a youngster that maybe I should do my own returns because Alexis doesn’t work for IRS? Thank god for Lina who always goes above and beyond to help! Maybe the other two should look to go else where!

They need to fire that receptionist in the front desk. The girl with the black hair, and she seems to be from a Spanish or latina orgin. She's very rude.
