Basically, maintain your system better. You've got several outages that came directly from certain events in this plant and the most recent one at the time of this post is one that shut down part of the subway system and stranded many commuters underground for hours. So get better maintenance before you cause another subway shutdown which would significantly down your approval rates as a company that serves NYC.
