They were extremely busy when we got there with the drive thru wrapped around the building so we expected a long wait. We were pleasantly surprised to have them serving people extremely quickly. Our order was fast, fresh and accurate. The parking lot could use some attention since it was a bit dirty. More importantly the lobby was clean. They have a covered outdoor eating area.

The line at the drive thru was backed up to 25th St. I had to go in to order, they had my order ready in a reasonable time. The guy behind the counter needs more training and may more attention to what he's doing, he gave me the wrong receipt for my order.

The food was fine, but that's where it ends. The level of service was poor at best. No pride in service and no pride in appearance, and what's even worse is that businesses don't seem to require it of their people. It is truly sad how far the American workforce has fallen in some instances. American pride, where has it gone?
