We had a horrible experience with another patron being verbally and physically aggressive to us and nobody was on-site to deal with the issue, they had to drive from a ways away to come and handle the situation. Several machines are usually broken and odd grease-spots show up on the clothing that weren't there before washing.

Used to be a nice place but it’s really gone downhill the past few years. Filthy, machines that don’t work, homeless sleeping inside. No one seems to care about the place anyway. Too bad.

The lady who works here is so helpful and sweet that this laundromat has become kind of community of people who know each other's names and help each other. Prices are reasonable and the machines are great. I come here to wash my heavy queen-sized down comforter that gets heavy pet stains and they have a big commercial washer and the driers can dry my stuff in an hour vs 3-4 hours as expected with such a large down blanket

Machines were pretty on point tho for all the other reviews about the amazing service, the guy was very cranky about us being there 10 min past close waiting on our dryer. Which didn't dry my big blanket all the way. He practically shoved us out the door without even finishing folding blankets while we were both on phone calls. Pretty rude. Prolly wouldn't recommend showing up after 8pm.
