Place was dirty and drinks weee out. No yea. Burger was dry and hard with bun crumbling when u picked it up.

Service has really gone down and food has to. Got a McChicken nothing but a piece of chicken on a hard bun, French fries were cold. No napkins, condiments, I asked at window and she said they were in there. Then walked away and closed window, prices have got outrageous

Waited in line for over 45 minutes, asked employee to ring up another drink... Was told it couldn't be done, if I needed another I had to go around the building and wait in line so over again. #notworthit

I put in an order online and pick up in the drive thru. I got 2 frappes with espresso shot for both. I pull up to first window the kid tells me that the frappe machine was working but the McCafe wasn't. I said ok just refund my money. The kid says hold in a min. Walks up front comes back and said it should be OK now they just had to unplug the machine and plug it back in. Ok so I pull up to the 2nd window and then a rude manager comes to the window with an attitude and says " our espresso machine isn't working soooooo....." I said well just throw something in the bag or something. He did throw in an apple pie.They really should give refunds if they are out of something on an online order. That is stealing if you pay for something and don't get it. I just went through drive thru may 21,2022 and the meat on my burger wasn't cooked and my daughter got food poisoning from this place. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK!
