This is our first time staying at this hotel. My husband and I are impressed. The staff is helpful and super friendly. The location of the hotel (near I-75) is perfect. Our room is clean and the bed is super comfortable. We really like the layout of this particular hotel and the hot breakfast is fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Where do I begin. Traveling back from Alabama to Virginia I booked rooms via the Hilton app. First off the elevator was pass inspection date. Room 208 smelled strongly of dog urine, hair all over the mirror near the entrance of the room, all over the floor and the microwave was unusable due to it not being cleaned in a vary long time. I had requested connecting room but at check in was told there was none available. This is my fault for not calling and confirming. My husband and son were in room 201 and my daughter and I in 208. Room 201 was not as bad but extremely outdated and definitely had not been properly cleaned in a while. Hair was on the vanity, dirt caked on the bathroom exhaust fan and the a.c unit barely worked. The rooms were extremely humid and then beds were beyond uncomfortable. The people above us sounded like water Buffalo. As a Hilton member I always stay at Hampton Inn but I will not stop at this one again. If i hadnt alreay been chaged a little over 300 dollars (non refundable) we would have left shortly afyer walking into the rooms. Very disappointed.

They are going pet friendly. Good for some. Not for others. Front desk was helpful. Rooms didn't smell bad - yet.

Very clean. Very well up kept. ALL of the staff I encountered were very attentive and friendly and I’ve been to many Hampton Inns across the country and can’t always say this. Khylan in particular was extremely genuine, respectful and helpful to me and my crew during my stay this weekend. If I ever come back to Athens I’m definitely checking in here.
