Big Lots has definitely made some changes within the last year or two. They have more merchandise and it seems to be made with better quality than I previously remember.

Service awful very rude. Will not do business with them ever again workers in furniture dept 2 ladies very rude not helpful and in no way willing to help a customer 3 days in a row very poor service. Also young lady at front register very rude also. Was ever given a chance to talk to manager or anyone else in furniture but the 2 rude ladies in furniture.

Our Bears are civilized and only venture outside on the 6th Tuesday of the month or when they smell A PICK AH NICK BASKET..
We have booklets around the store that tell you everything you need to know about our CC. And no you can't pay it in store. Its through a third party so payments go to them. Not us.
