I went to drop off a shirt, that weighted 11 oz. When they weighted the shirt, it was 1 lb/11oz. I have a scale at home, and weight everything twice for accuracy. I went back to make sure that my scale is working properly, which it is. Something is wrong with their scale, or they not doing something right. Never again will go to that place with out a scale.

Supervisors are very unprofessional and told me that my certified letter was misplaced with no car. Certified letter was sent to their office and scanned out for delivery but never was delivered. The tracking even says waiting on a delivery scan so idk how this scan was even cleared. An investigation needs to be done in this office. Carrier delivered mail on my camera to my house but never delivered the certified letter which was a big check. Whoever the cca is for Edgar Road need to be looked into and whoever the clerk is that does accountables. Unacceptable! Letter was out for delivery August 17th and it is now the 31st. I’m still getting the run around.
