Two years and we still have dirt as a backyard. Multiple requests for landscaping plan have been ignored. Frustrating as management and Beechwood totally unresponsive. Phase 3 prospective buyers beware.

Only if you buy a place here you can rent while they build your home
Yes they still build up but is people live there already and houses available
Hey Gina, Country Pointe Meadows is not located on a golf course.
They are building a shopping center about 1/2 mile from it
