Their website states that it should take no more than 6 months from the time you submit your application for a pistol permit to the time you get your first phone call. I just got off the phone with them and they told me they’re only just now starting applications from October of 2020!! She said that I won’t receive an update until November of 2023, thats 2 full years before someone even reads my name on the application!! That is absolutely insane and there is zero excuses for it! There is no way this department is doing their jobs correctly and efficiently and still having a wait this long it’s absurd.

Here I have no one that knows any thing about me the only one was sherriff Ray Ayers whom passed a way some years ago all my friends I had all passed away only my wife and children know me wife of 35 yes so I can not complete my questionnaire as for my records all is same as before I am a loner always been thank you for your reply .wfg.
