This Dentist is all over the place!! I've been having issues with this dentist since March 2022. They did a filling on one of my Molars and now I can't even have a Hot or Cold drink without being in Pain. After that procedure I went back and I told the doctor I was in pain and she ended up filling the tooth again.The doctor also filed my 2 front tooth,but she filed one more than the other one. I had to go back another day for her to fix it.I was still having pain on my molar so the dr did an Xray and then stated I had am infection!!! Before her doing that filling I had no pain,no problem eating or drinking cold/ hot stuff. 2 weeks ago I received a call stating I was approved to get a root canal done, so they schedule me for 10/4 11 am for the root canal. I went in today 10/4 and the dr assistant gonna tell me it was a mistake the other receptionist that was working there did. Since I didn't get the root canal done,they couldn't do the procedure today. I was confused because when they called me 2 weeks ago they told me the root canal was approved. Then gives me a dr note saying I'm ready to return to school tomorrow 10/5. I'm really upset 😡 because it has been a lot of issue with this dentist. I once asked if someone else could do the procedure, and they told me no!! The same dr that started have to finish the procedure.

This place is horrible. I went there to get xray and had to wait two hours. They were supposed to send my xray to my insurance for approval for a crown. The insurance company sent me a letter stating the x-rays were not sent after a two hour wait. I would recommend anyone to this Dentist to anyone.

The wait is horrible and they love hitting you with fees when you miss appointment, but the problem is they leave you on hold for ever and you could never reach anyone the to make any changes to your appointment they think everyone has time to go over there. I don't think I would ever deal with this place ever again, not even if it was the last dental office in Brooklyn
