I’ve been with this dental for far too long since day one service is very trash they ppl at the front desk dnt do anything they literally sit there and watch there work accumulate they won’t answers the phone and u Cnt even make a appt and when u do make a appt they Cnt provide the service that u actually need like teeth cleaning because they are so far behind they are only accepting emergency Unprofessional Throw the whole brookdale dental department away Thank u

The Dentist Dr. Mark is GREAT! He’s good at what he does. It’s the nurses/Dr.’s that have to set the IV up who don’t know what they’re doing. I was stuck 11 times trying to find a vein. I literally told the Dr. where my IV’s usually go but she wanted to do her own thing. 1 out of the 11 times I was stuck was an accident because she got distracted, her head was slightly turned and she poked me with the needle. I was bleeding after the poke and she said “Oops that one was an accident”. I signaled to another Dr and asked him for help but he said “she’s ok she knows what she’s doing”. I’m very thankful my procedure went smoothly but I was terrified the whole time.
