Liz is a fantastic realtor and a true professional. She helped us find a home in a short amount of time and navigate a complicated closing process. You will not find a better agent!

Working with Liz Bobeck has been an absolute pleasure. Liz is enthusiastic and has the best interest of both the seller and the buyer. She is willing to go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make sure the home is in its best condition during the selling process and at the closing. We look forward to staging more of her listings in the future. Jim & Sally Stock Dwell Staging & Design

I have referred several clients and friends to Liz, she is amazing! She was very patient with me and answered all my questions (and still does). I look forward to using Liz again in the future to help with our growing family's future home.

Back in the summer of 2011 my husband and I were thinking of moving from Pittsburgh, where we had lived for 30 years, to someplace warm. We had a boat, so we wanted a "river city." After visiting Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga, TN, Savannah, GA and Naples, FL, we were out of ideas until I found Jacksonville. We came down for a visit, engaged Liz to show us around and show us condos -- I fell in love with The John Gorrie -- and due, in large part, to Liz, we choose to move to Jacksonville in November 2011. Although we didn't buy then -- we live on our boat -- Liz will be the first and only realtor we will engage when the time to buy is right. She is a great advocate for Jacksonville and a terrific realtor. You can't go wrong with Liz the Wiz!

I work all over Jacksonville, FL as well as Northeast Florida. I have a state license and through my brokerage can help people with real estate throughout the entire state of Florida. My website shows where I live, but I have searches all over many of the great neighborhoods of San Marco, Ortega, Springfield and Arlington, to name a few. I frequently sell in St. Johns County and recently sold property in Ponte Vedra. So I sell all over our great area.
You should be pre-qualified to view a home. If not, you are wasting the time of the owners of the house as well as the agent who is with you to view the property. If you can only afford a $250,000 house based on your income and payments, it makes no sense to look at $500,000 houses. In a hot market like we are in now, it makes great sense to listen to your Realtor and see homes 🏠 for which you are qualified to buy.
In this hot real estate market of 2018, its hard to find people good rental properties. The real good properties go fast. I work with people looking to buy or sell a home, rather than rent them. The sales cycle for buying is normally 30-60 days, but renting can be as soon as a few days. So my customers are different as owners, rather than renters.
