IF I COULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A NEGATIVE RATING, I WOULD! We purchased a vehicle from them a couple of weeks ago. My daughter took her car to get the windows tinted and they found a chip that couldn't be fixed so the windshield has to be replaced and it is cost $756.00! I called to ask them about replacing it since it was obviously there when we purchased it and they aren't will to do ANYTHING! Not their problem basically is what they are saying. We live in Indiana and my sister and her husband drove 5.5 hours to pick the car up for us because we were out of town. Once they got there, they sat around for 4 hours waiting on a finance person so they could get the papers signed and drive back another 5.5 hours. You would think if Saturdays are your busiest day you would have more people on hand to help. Not to mention when they FINALLY got waited on the cashier had already left and they owed us back $11.00 which we still haven't seen and the manager had left and the paper plate they had wouldn't work so they had to wait around for them to figure something out. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Service was slow and the car was returned to me until one hour after the time I was told it would take and when I asked for it was supposedly finished, however it was not even clean both inside and outside. The full service was not done, meaning that tires were not rotated and it was advertised originally for every service, now they said tires rotation has been removed from the service. Not good service experience compared to other places and it's likely I will never buy or lease a VW car again.
