Not nearly as good as other locations in my experience. Brought my car in for a slow leak. The associate who looked like they were having a bad day said I would need to replace all four of my wheels for $500+ because one of them was corroded, so I said politely that I would have to consider it when I got paid and asked to still have the tire filled, to which the associate agreed. When I got in my car, the TPM reader was still at a dangerously low level.

Went there yesterday to change my tire sensors. Waited 1.5 hours and they said it was done. I got the car and later realized that they just kept my stem cover so I went back and they apologized and gave them back. I asked how long it will take for the sensor to reset and they said maybe 10 mins of driving. I drove it for at least 2 hours and it will was there. I called back and they said to come and check it out. I went back today and stood there and no one acknowledged my existence to the point that I had to leave. Now I have to go back a 4th time when it was supposed to be fixed the 1st time. Garbage service. Update: went back for the 4th time and the guy who was trying to program my tires told me that it was an issue with the car and that I needed to go to the dealer. I then called Discount Tire headquaters and got a call back from the manager a few hours after who told me to COME BACK AGAIN. I was very annoyed at this time and went back for the 5th time and it was then that the manager was able to program it within like 3 minutes. So something that was supposed to get done in the first visit took 5 tries.

I purchased a whole new set of Michelin tires back in May 2022. I recently had the light on my dash come on saying that I needed to check tires and add air. Since I bought the tires there, I thought they would be the best place to take to get checked and air. The tech asked if he could help and I told him the issue. He said "no way, I only have four guys working and no air machine????? Could I call and make an appointment?" I was livid. What kind of tire store doesn't have air???? That was all I wanted. Rude, short and disrespectful to their customers. Do not give them your business. I'm sorry I bought my tires here.
