We came once as 3 month renters and ended up buying a home here! There’s many an activity to participate in if you choose! The pool is kept clean as are the grounds. The office staff nice too! The lot rent is reasonable as well which is a big positive! Close enough to Ft. Myers beach but not real close therefore peaceful..

Hi Julien 6 months here and 6 months gone? As long as the site is empty for the 6 months that you are not on site. If the site is occupied by a unit or shed then the annual rate applies. Thank you
We usually refer customers to a local dealer close by.
You can rent a site by the day the week or the month. Less expensive per month if you stay 3 months or longer. And there are no rules on what kind of an RV you can have. Pop-ups motorhomes and everything in between. I believe tents are not allowed. It's a 55 plus Park so someone on the site needs to be 55 years or older. Hope this helps
