No. Lots of demographics. We are an active community offering Pickleball, Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, Creations Guild, Games and special activity nights, RC Car Track, RC Boats on one of our three lakes and many other happenings!
We have an RV Show which is next weekend (March 2nd and 3rd) where dealers and vendors come in. It is open to the public. I'm not sure what you are thinking about an Open House. Anyone can take a guided tour of the resort upon request.
