This place promised a ton. After renting from them for a year and a half, they've lost mail, forwarded mail without permission, and randomly charged me for stuff. No one ever wants to help fix the issues. Instead I get "sorry I can't help you." They've made the decision to rent a real office space much easier now. Find somewhere else to rent.

Does Quality Publications @ Suite 300 exist as a legitimate business in your building? I've gotten literature re: an at home mail processor for a fee. I just want to confirm its legitimacy before a response.
