Super disappointed in this dealership. I contacted their dealer through an email inquiry over the weekend (Oct 16) and got back to me on October 17th. I asked for photos of the vehicle since I am out of state and wanted some more detailed photos. I waited until early evening (10/17) to get a reply from a salesperson (Tramayne Hill) and his communication was very slow and wasn't attentive to me. After the photos, I texted back regarding trying to get an credit approval process going but got ghosted and he replied off hours saying he was going to work on this tomorrow when he got in at 9:00am. Tomorrow (10/18) comes by and he texts me at 10:30am to start our process and I asked him to call me so communication would be easier. Hence he didn't even call me until almost 1:00pm. I talked about financing and applied. Then roughly about 2 hours later, he texts me that the car that I've been wanting is sold? This is horrible. How are you going to be slow and not help me through this process and tell me that it's been sold? He could have passed my information onto someone else. I was afraid this was going to happen and the car would be sold because I am out of state. Communication was horrible, slow and not attentive to a customer. I understand the out of state sales and no holds but this should have been taken care of better. Don't even bother going to this dealership. Waste of my time. His name is Tramayne Hill. Called into the dealership to voice my frustrations, Avery Lawerence took my call. However, my opinion didn't seem to matter much and was taken lightly. I get it that my opinions may not matter as I'm just a customer but I felt no sense of empathy or plans of action for feedback for his team.

Rude and not helpful at all. Will not be returning here for service. we would rather drive to another service center over 30 mins away rather than experience this dealerships personnel again.

They are an absolutely horrible dealership. I bought a Lincoln 9 months ago and have had nothing but trouble getting the accessories. Even the Lincoln concierge isn’t having much luck. They are really good at lying. I’m trying to figure out my next steps to get things resolved. They have sullied the Lincoln brand.
