Anyone know how to get this dealership to fix the damage they inflected on my car? Because They are refusing to fix scratch in my windshield caused by their technician.

They are an absolutely horrible dealership. I bought a Lincoln 9 months ago and have had nothing but trouble getting the accessories. Even the Lincoln concierge isn’t having much luck. They are really good at lying. I’m trying to figure out my next steps to get things resolved. They have sullied the Lincoln brand.

They have shop owners insurance. Was your car inspected before they drove it into the shop? Did you sign a document , a inspection report? If you did sign you are on your own regarding the condition of your car . They do this day in and day out and they protect themselves from people looking to claim they damaged a car in thier care
