The time for the oil change was good, but when I added a suggested engine filter that was to take 30 minutes, ended up being an hour instead. Also my first visit after completing the survey I was to receive a free oil change by email which I never received and I've called about it and mentioned it again at my last visit and still haven't received my free oil change and would like you to honor it. Thanks
