I rate them 2 stars based on the fact that they refuse to use bleach for their whites!!! The wash rags and dry off towels we received, all 3 nights of our stay, had dirt stains in them that would not come out. I know because I tried hand washing them. I ended up going to Target to buy our own wash cloths and towels. Our room also had a funny smell that I couldn’t put my finger on..we had febrezze in the car so I just sprayed down the curtains to give the room a fresher smell. I wish I could rate them higher cause the stay is affordable but I just can not allow myself to get over how disgusting the towels looked. Other than the towels, I have no other complaints.

Nasty nasty nasty hotel do not I warn DO NOT stay here roach 🪳🪳🪳 infested. Asked for money back and was denied. Roaches but they don't check out.

Overall, the customer service at this location was very undesirable. I was helping out a friend who was staying there and after several phone calls I couldn't get anyone on the phone. When I finally was able to get through, the person was unable to help me so I had to go in. The person explained that I needed to be there at a specific time to talk to the manager. I went over at the time I was told only to be told the manager just left and they could only renew my friend's stay for a day instead of the week. The gentleman told me to come back. I came back and the young lady now there told me I had just missed her again. The experience was not a good one and the lady that was there when I went again was not welcoming. Moreover, there was no tap, their website is virtually non existent. Lots to be done.

I stayed here in 1986 it was $40 a day then and new.. Over the yrs. this place has had a bad reputation for drugs & all the fun stuff that goes with it...Fast forward to now...I came here 2 wks ago, I was so pleasantly surprised! The tidiness & cleanliness was almost unbelievable! New REAL cherry wood furniture, curtains clean, room is airy, new modern fixtures & new wood floors. I hate carpet because I have a cat. For a week I paid $320.00 & a $30 deposit for the pet. Very reasonable. The maids are super efficient 2 of those maids are males are... I thought that was refreshing & very modern. The mother & daughter head maids are handling this place! I was not concerned 1bit about bed bugs, dirty sheets, a dirty shower because they give 110% in pride about their work. It was evident in the way they care for the place. From the management to the employees... very HOSPITABLE. oh! & the towels are sparkling white. I think it's very quiet here.. I mean I'm sure there's stuff going on here just like every other motel but I could not tell..impressive. Well enjoy your here stay here because I did😁 🙌 Good job Deluxe Inn & Thank You⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏆
