Decent place, AC is only in the rooms and they did provide us with one fan so we put that on our drummer. Very friendly staff I think we'll probably play here again.

This place could be great but it is not very good overall. The rooms themselves are decent and clean...the equipment is also decent, but their air conditioning does not really work, and the rooms are like saunas. Not fun. Also the people who work there will not help to set up the room, and I mean nothing. THey say they don't do that. lol

Place is awesome. The only complaint is the pa in the barn needs some tlc. It barely worked. Couldn't get reverb, would cut out here and there. Other than that I really like the place. The amps and drums were nice and worked great.

Hi Roberto and thanks for the phone call as well. Recording rates and rehearsal room rates are completely different but I can break them both down for you. Currently at 6/27/21 recording is $50/hr-$65/hr depending on how many rooms you need blocked out for what your session needs. There are minimum charges depending on what you are recording, for example, in most cases that don’t involve miking up an entire drum kit, the minimum charge is just $100. Many sessions fall under the 2hrs or less minimum charge and cost $100 total. So, for example, if you have a short session during the day that won’t take up more than 2hrs total in the control room then you can usually just plan on $100. Rehearsal room rates vary but most rooms with 1000-watt PA, 2 half stack sets for guitarists, bass stack, and Tama drum kit with stands are $35 for the first hour and only $15 for each additional hour. Hope that helps!

Are there any room without drums n stuff? I just wanna practice by myself with a violin. If not, any other suggestions?

You could Def rent a small room for just that.
