I do not understand why every Bank of America makes u wait inside there line for more than 30-45 min . I mean seriously the only bank I’ve been to that makes you wait !! It’s so frustrating that I can not believe people still give them there money. I’m only cashing a check because the lady’s bank is Bank of America! This will be the last time I ever come in here! Get it together

Limited parking even more limited tellers. They're always a long wait I was the third in line and was there 25 minutes. Teller didn't help much and didn't seem to want to be there. Always a disappointment 😥

Worst management and the slowest cashers in the world. So disappointed. Waited one hour to deposit a one check.

TWICE! Not once but TWICE! The ATM machines here ATE my cash! $2K once and $1,250 the second time! They don't help you get it back. You must file a claim over the phone. Then the bank has 10 days to research it and possibly offer a temporary credit. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to have your hard earned cash eaten by an ATM and not properly credit to your account. BEWARE OF THIS BANK! DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH USING THESE ATM's!

The bank does not see these questions or answer them. Individuals who are volunteer Google guides answer them, but sadly many people do not understand how this works or which questions the guides have information to offer in answer. If it's about bank business or account related one must call the branch or BoA's toll free line or more recently use ERICA in the mobile app.
