This place deserves no star. NO Compassion, the receptionist is VERY rude! It smells like cats in her office, 4 hour wait time, for a 5 minute appointment . These employees and Dr. Shafran must hate their lives to be treating disable people like this. In the process of reporting this joke of a healthcare place. This doctor put her patients at risk. Please know if Dr. Shafran don’t like you she will drop you as her patient, leaving you with no medicine. *****************DO NOT RECOMMEND *********

Bring snacks and a long book because the average wait time is over 2 hours, the appointment times are just a little office joke, they operate on a first come first serve basis like a deli. Neither the doctor or the receptionist have a clue how to operate a computer and have sent our prescriptions to pharmacies all across the state and her office telephone is purely decorational, they actually make a point to remind their patients that calling is futile.
