This company is such a joke. Complete scammers. They have a great little scam running with the Police. I was visiting from out of town and went to the State Fair. I parked in an area where there were no signs posted stating you couldn’t park there. Myself along with several others got our cars towed. I had to pay $200 to get my rental car out of the impound. In addition I got a ticket for parking in an intersection for $84. There was no intersection where I parked. I parked on the side of the street. When I asked why my car was towed they said it was because I didn’t have a permit. How can you tow my car for not having a permit, when there were no signs saying you needed a permit, but then give me a ticket for parking in an intersection. This shady little hustle needs to be investigated,
