Ordered an item for.pickup that my son needed for school. They never called, and I just got an email that they returned the item. Horrible customer service!

I call ahead or look on line first…. They LIE about having things in stock when they don’t! So frustrating and so much worse since the local Office Depot closed. No competition = mismanagement. Usually I support local businesses, but maybe just skip this one and go directly to Amazon.

iWholeSalesRus uses Staples address as their business address and meet up location to purchased lemon Apple Computers from them. Kevin - Black Man in Cobalt Blue Pick-Up truck from OfferUp sold me an iMac that hasn’t allowed me to login since day 1 which was this past Friday. Won’t return my calls. Swore that it was a fast computer. They now want me to give them $200 more for a “better” computer but won’t fix the one they sold me. They are serious SCAMMER’s. Black man named Kevin will meet you at Staples. Says he’s the owner. Drives a large cobalt blue raised pickup truck and will not stand behind his computers that they sell. He has people working for him that agree on one rate then he will say he can’t sell it for that and tell you that it’s an amazing computer which in reality you’ll be lucky if you get 24 hours of working computer time! He gives black men and black people making an honest living a bad name! No wonder people think the worse of black people when you have people like him selling lemons online and horrific customer service! Doing the work of the devil!!!!!!
