I print and ship all the time, in fact I frequent Fedex 3-5 times a week. Halie and Larry are extremely helpful ALWAYS. Highly recommend.

Wow, in the past I’ve never had an issue with this location. Now the process to send them documents is different where in the past I just directly emailed it to them. Prices have gone up quite a bit. And on top of that they throw a surcharge on what they charge (total bs). It is absolutely ridiculous what they’re charging. If you’re doing small to medium size jobs invest in a nice printer and do it yourself. And personally considering what they’re charging I would find a way to go to a competitor if they’re reasonably priced. I won’t blame the service on the individuals working there but on the policies of the company.

Larry and his staff are always the most helpful for any situation! Doesn’t matter if I’m picking up a package, sending one off, printing something that doesn’t, they always exceed any expectation and experience I have at any other fedex or ups! And it’s not just me, I see them always give the same care to all the guests while in there. Thank you everyone at my Old Town Scottsdale FedEx for making my work and life easier!
