Changing my rating from 5 starts to 1 star. I spend 500 bucks a month here and now I have to pay 50 cents for each bag? Taking my business elsewhere. In regards to your reply, I also sent customercare an email and received NO RESPONSE.

I love the product offerings at Vitamin Shoppe, but the in store customer service at this particular location is awful! Makes it hard to want to shop here anymore. Maybe it’s time to look elsewhere.
