I had been to this location before and was amazed that I had gotten in and out in under 10 minutes. I was hoping for the same this time too. Upon my arrival I was met by the new check in machine. I had recently experienced a machine like it the day before at my doctor's office. I get that it saves time and money but I still like the human touch. After spending 2 or 3 minutes checking in I sat down only to be called to the desk to hand in my orders. The young lady was friendly and professional. After another minute she called me back and proceeded to take my blood. I hardly felt a thing. I was out and on my way in about 10 minutes. Who could ask for anything better. Great job guys.

Walked in for my appointment, had the scan code ready, and they said no problem, we've got you! Never had to scan, was taken in within a minute, and out in 2 minutes. Friendly staff, great job taking blood (not even a bruise!), in and out in 5 minutes. Terrific customer service!
