Dr Macias truly gave me my life back. Minute by minute, hour by hour, daily for several years, Ménière’s Disease had devastated my life. Dr Macias’s expertise, knowledge and patience is outstanding. Previously, I had wasted my time with two other Otologists and two Otologist/Balance Specialists. None helped. Dr Macias instructed me on a correct diet and administered comfortable injection techniques. His follow-ups and return phone calls were prompt and very helpful. I am forever grateful!

My preteen daughter is a patient. I love that he speaks to her, since she's the patient. I obviously hear what's going on and being asked, as her parent, but she is the patient and he respects that.

I was referred to this Dr so I called. I was in a lot of pain but since I was a first time patient my appointment was almost 2 months out. Mind you I stressed I was in pain from tinnitus. After the hearing test it was time to see the Dr. He explained some of what was going on and spent 5 to 7 minutes tops with me. He didn't have time to answer any of my questions that I was practically running behind him to ask. I filled out a form and sent that in prior to the visit. It was never addressed. When I tried to explain my pain he pretty much said he didn't deal with that. I truly was NOT looking for any pain meds. Just answers. Nice enough Dr but I'm looking for another one. I just didn't feel valued as a new patient.

Penny Cruncher

Dr Macias performed a Mastoid Shunt in 2013, and a year after a steroid shot through my eardrum. He is the best dr in the state. I will be calling today because i started with more symptoms. I hope he is on my health insurance. GOD BLESS THIS DR.
