Thank you for the question! We do work with most major insurances, but insurance is not required to be seen at our clinic. We have cash pay rates for those without insurance.
I'm not sure I think they do I have Tricare for life. I just started Medicare
We take many different insurances and plans. When you call in to make an appointment our insurance specialist will thoroughly check your benefits to ensure maximum coverage
Hi Karen, While not all plans require a referral, this particular plan does require a physician referral in order for us to bill your insurance. If you have been seen by your doctor recently, they can generally submit a referral for you by simply calling their office and asking them to submit a referral to Priority Hearing and Tinnitus.
