I'm giving a 1 star review because I can't give anything lower.. they don't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely awful care. The doctor took exactly 1 hour and 35 mins before we were seen. The resident doctor came in and was so timid with a baby that she didn't want to look at him. We had to ask for him to be administered any meds to get his temperature down. The doctor came in and offered no help unless he had a fever of over 105 for 7-10 days. We showed concerns about him developing an ear infection prior to our flight in two days. She falsely informed us that babies can fly with ear infections and be just fine... I'm a pilot and I'm not even allowed to fly with ear infections, due to the fact you cannot equalize the pressure. This doctor should be ashamed of what she is doing and seriously needs to have her license reviewed. To wrap it all up I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. If you are taking a loved one here, you should seriously reconsider, you would be better off Googling it.

I was apprehensive about bringing my baby here because of the one star reviews but I’m glad I didn’t let those detour me. The staff that handled my sons evaluation were Bryson, Brianna, Michael and Dr. Baumgartner and they were super personable, friendly and thorough. My visit went super quickly and the waiting room was empty. I’d 10/10 go here again if i needed to. Id recommend it for quick care and don’t let the bad reviews scare you, there’s always someone that’ll complain!!
