The lady at the front desk was friendly and proficient. The doctor was sincere, informative and professional. I had an email from the state saying my card was approved by the time I got home. Great experience. Thanks!

I have been there twice for my medical marijuana cards. Love this place. Fully intend to go back soon to see what all they have to offer.

Great place! Was able to see me right away with no appointment. Staff was super friendly. Both doctors were very professional and had great bedside manner. Super easy process. Got some great advice as well. I'll be back next time!

OLD: If you don't have medical records from the past year or food stamps expect to pay around $290 for a first time patient. Depending on if you have your own records and food stamps, it can go as low as $150
Good morning. Your certification with your records is $85 The state fee is $75 with snap And we have a $10 process / upload fee Crand total is $170 for your renewal for a 2 year card Thanks for contacting Trichrome Care Clinic 480-649-3329
75 for trichrome themselves and 150 for the state unless you get food stamps then it's 75 also
Here are the Qualifying Conditions that are currently recognized in the state of Arizona: Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Crohn's Disease, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Agitation of Alzheimer's Disease, Cancer, Glaucoma, Hepatitis C, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome, Severe Chronic Pain, Severe Nausea, Seizures & Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms.
That $85 is the charge for the office. The state charges a separate $150 fee for the card itself.
Yes. Monday Wednesday and fridays. Call for appointments on Tuesday. Thursday and Saturday
The normal state fee of $150 is cut in half to $75. You have to show proof of SNAP eligibility (ebt card with your name on it or approval letter from DES) to be considered for the discount. The office fee is different from the state fee, so you gotta keep that in mind as well. If you don't have your med records, you can always be seen by one of the doctors onsite for an additional fee. I'm not sure what those fees are off the top of my head, but every time you come to them for a renewal, you get a discount for being a loyal customer. I've been with them for 3 years. It may seem like you're coming outta pocket a lotta money, but the good thing is the card is good for 2 years instead of having to renew it EVERY year. It's a really good investment especially for the mental/physical pain you've described. Plus, they don't just certify you, they actually offer you natural options to alleviating pain. I highly recommend them and I hope this answers your questions!

The $10 is for Uploading your application in the Department of health services website and they’re the ones that will issue your card we’re just the doctors office with Dr.s for diagnosing and certifications we also do IV therapy primary care palliative care and much more. We started charging for the upload after they went to 2 year cards. No we’re not open on Sunday. And sorry I was offline in the mountains.
Migraine can qualify under "severe and chronic pain".
Your renewal price for your office visit may vary. First time patients are $100, and every year you return to Trichrome you are given a 15% discount on the office visit.
You do not need a medical card to purchase products that are derived from Hemp, which contain trace amounts of CBD. Any products that contain THC that are derived from marijuana, you will need a card to purchase.
We carry CBD products for our patients, they contain no THC and are derived from the Hemp plant.
