My husband passed 2 years ago my husband was sent to this urologist and I will always believe in my heart that this urologist was a big part of the reason that my husband passed away he never address the issues that my husband had instead he just kept running unnecessary tests and taking money from me and our insurance company it took me of nearly a year of taking my husband to this Dr that I realized what he was doing before going to a different urologist who immediately address my husband’s issues and got us on the right track unfortunately it was too late for my husband.

****Please see my updated post at the end of this very old one. Dr Hayerri is great. I have persistent UTIs and have valued his service for a long time. But today, a lady named Marci scolded me on the phone, because I have been trying to get a lab done at Sonora Quest for 3 days and Sonora Quest said no order from their office was ever sent over to them. Marcie insists they sent it. Christina also insists they sent it but it was not there! I could not do my urine test and be treated, so I had to go to my primary care doctor's office who took care of me. Newly Updated***7/22/22: I have since been treated with you and everything is just fine 🙂 I could not come to your office because we moved out of Phoenix and it's an hour and a half drive but everything is okay now and me and Marcie spoke.

Absolutely not acceptable call scheduling customer service. Person on the other side was not able to hear or understand and put me on hold until I hang out. I can not accept this like a good patient treatment.

Wonderful physician and staff
