Don't waste your time. ZERO customer service. Waited 20 minutes and the employees are just staring at the wall, Trash and flies everywhere... a customer told me good luck getting your food while i was waiting.. I just left and went somewhere else... Never Again...

Got off work. Wanted food. Got talk back and sass out of the intercom for 3+ mins. Not everyone is loopy going through your drive through. It would be nice to have a normal person taking a basic order. Potato taco disintegrated before I could take it out of the bag to eat it…poor food handling on Taco Bell’s part. Time on simple burritos was fine for an evening. Gal at drive-thru needs a backbone rather than apologizing for long food waits and poor burrito skills from her staff. Meh experience at best.

Updating my review since I’ve been here quite a few times now. I can say that EVERY time I have visited this location, no matter the cashier or person taking orders at the menu board, I’ve had exceptional experiences. They have been friendly and repeated my order back to me correctly. The person handing food at the window has been pleasant, and there was no wait. They have kept the line moving. I am going to say in response to the bad reviews for this location, the energy that you send TO the employees is the energy you will receive. So be prepared to be kind and understanding, and you’ll have the same reciprocated. Even if you happen to receive bad service, two wrongs don’t make a right. I am super thankful there are people showing up for their shifts to work so I can even get my cravings satisfied in the first place haha. Great job Taco Bell crew! Todays visit was great, my tacos were super tasty. And my tea was on point!

Not sure why they wait 5 minutes between taking an order at the drive thru.....this is just dumb....take the orders move along.....this is slower than any taco bell ever. Maybe learn how to take an order and take money at the same time. Might be beneficial for any patron at your establishment.
