The food is well.... whateburger so it's pretty good! However this location has a hard time getting people their orders within a timely manner, average wait time has to be 20-25 minutes it's silly. When you finally do get what you ordered it's 50/50 whether or not it's what your ordered.

Today I had a hankering for Whataburger for lunch. I already had it in my mind that we would be waiting in line, as we always do, for a good 20 minutes or so. And when we drove up to the drive thru to find it wrapped, we knew we were in it for the long haul. HOWEVER, we ended up getting right through! The employee took our payment and within a few minutes brought everything out to us. Hooray for miracles! I know it sounds degrading, but today was a rare occasion to get our food and get out of line. I’m grateful! Husband tried the smoked bacon burger while I ordered the smoked bacon chicken (original). It is a new item on the menu. The board says it has a tangy sauce, I’d say it’s more of a spicy sauce than tangy. Maybe I’ll have them omit it next time since I don’t like a lot of sauce in the first place. We both enjoyed our meal. Our fries were fresh from the grease too. I guess just be prepared to wait and if you get through, count your blessings ;) P.S. it’s not JUST this location that takes a long time, every Whataburger I’ve visited has this issue. That being said, I’ve never received cold food from any Whataburger location. I’m giving them all five stars based on TODAY’S speedy service, as a full disclosure.

Been standing in the lobby at the front counter for almost 10 mins. Its empty. Manager appears to be tweaking. Claims maintenance man distracted her. Could hear her telling an employee that she has a surprise for her.

Normally, the Haslet Whataburger turns out great burgers and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. That was not the case today. When I walked in the door around 2:30 p.m.. today, the teenage guy behind the counter didn't speak while he gave me a blank stare with body language that said he wanted to be anywhere else but where was. I even commented to him how bored and unhappy he looked. I waited for my order for what felt like 15 minutes while I watched staff members coming and going from the kitchen while the kitchen seemed to be behind and not fully organized. The young man at the counter continued to just look at customers and wait for them to order rather than asking what he could get for them. I could go on but I will just say that the service I usually receive here is so much better that it was today. Whoever put the bored guy with severely lacking customer service skills working the counter alone today - big mistake. He is not serving your customers well.

The have signs posted that have ramped up cleaning high contact surfaces and are cleaning in general is done more often as well. Lobby seats are cleaned after each customer leaves so even seats are sanitized for new customers. They do ask masks to be worn until food arrives and every other table/booth is unavailable to maintain social distancing.

How come you have poor service at 4:50 in the morning I have posted the pictures of my taquitos there's no excuse to do this or make them like this split hash blonde hash brown and half and the other one only had a quarter of a hash brown in it with
