Front office is terrible; made appointment first week in September for October 18. On October 17 they called about a referral to which I advised I have a PPO. They said okay. On October 18, 4 hours before my appointment, they called and advised they will not see me without a referral. I’m not able to get one in 4 hours, especially during lunch! They canceled appointment.

A medical institution leaving a delivery driver outside in heat stroke weather for 7+ minuets because the person from hr couldnt be bothered to answer the door so that i could deliver to Rhea. I dont mind working in heat and i especially dont mind doing it for medical professionals you guys keep the world moving, but that doesnt make it okay to treat a delivery person like a homeless beggar its heat stroke weather. Just because im black doesnt mean im trying to break in. I hated how i just got treated, looked at, and spoken to by the person i handed my delivery too. She looked at me like a homeless person and i made 50k last year. Drive a nice car and walked up to this building looking clean. Whoever is in HR do better because this interaction left me feeling like you probably have some racial biases that need to be addressed.
