If I could give zero stars I would. My Dr. Sent a referral to have me be seen here and the ladies up front weren't knowledgeable they had me waiting almost 45 minutes supposedly waiting on my insurance to send a fax to verify my copay which is states my copay on the card. They are the ones who called me yesterday to see if I could come in earlier than my original appointment date so I figured they had everything done as far as insurance. I made arrangements to be able to be here just to sit in a lobby for 45 minutes until I finally just walked out and called my primary care physician and let him know what had happened.

THE WORST EVER!!!! My son had an appointment. When we scheduled appointments of any kind I ALWAYS put it in my calendar then confirm I have it correct with the person I am scheduling. We show up to the appointment only to find out it was not June it was July. Annoyed but whatever. The day before his appointment we received a phone call telling us his appointment has been changed to a video appointment. I asked why and explained he needs to be seen in person. They did not give me a reason and said the Dr was switching his appointments to video for that day. We go with it cause that is what the Dr has chosen to do. I was asked to send his medical paperwork to the receptionist private cell phone. NOT a secured email. Again after waiting 2 months we just went with it cause my son needed to be seen. The day of our appointment we were called to fill out more paperwork via phone. After that we waited 45 min past our appointment time. I am not great with technology so I wondered if I didn't have the app set up right so I called. I was told the Dr was running a little late. We wait more. Over an hour past our appointment time I call again to reschedule. After hanging up I get a call the Dr wants to reschedule my son's appointment because he needs to see him in person. I explained I already rescheduled because it was well over an hour past our appointment time and that our time is just as important as the Dr. Fast-forward a few days to our rescheduled appointment. We show up early to get him checked in sit in the waiting room. Which is tight, not greatly accessable for handicapped and not socially distanced. We waited for an hour before I get up and ask how much longer. I was told 20-25 min. As I am expressing my extreme displeasure of how they run their office the receptionist brushes me off and couldn't careless. Telling me "It's only 20-25 more min." Also, while we were waiting a gentleman came in saying he had an appointment at a certain time and was later told it was a different time. Dispute having the printed paper with his appointment time. They squeezed him in. Another gentleman came in complaining that he has been trying to get an appointment and was told twice he would receive a phone call. The phone call never came so he had to come down to the office to make that appointment. Needless to say we didn't stick around. We will be finding a new Nuro and letting our PCP know our experience so they do not continue to refer others. I will also be sending a complaint to the proper organization to inform them of the misconduct at this office. Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere.
