Positive: Staff were very helpful in assisting me with my needs. I had extended my stay from another state due to a flight cancelation and hotel employee had helped me keep the same room before I arrived the next mid day to town. Negative: Hope there is a scheduled daily clean up. But, looks like it is only done once a week. But, they do provide fresh towels and supplies if we ask for it.

Good area, good staff, the front desk people? They are amazing!, love this place ! I'm highly recommended. Rooms really clean and with a lot of space.!

I wish I could put my experience into the appropriate words. I’ve been at this hotel along with three of my coworkers who’s visiting from Canada. I can vouch for them we’ve been miserable since checking in. Unfortunately I’m on the first floor and nestled between slamming doors all night, screaming kids, and neighbors above me who like to stomp around between the hours of 12-2am. I also had to beg for housekeeping and was told it was every two weeks. Only to be promised a courtesy clean, but that was refuted the very next day by the general manager and the insouciant lady who’s normally behind the desk in the evenings. Lastly the laundry room here is a complete joke, most of the machines are out of order, are either have clothes in them that has been sitting most of the day. You’ll spend a small fortune drying even the smallest load. On a a lighter note, I’m checking out of this dump in the AM and heading to Hilton. Where I know they’ll at least be hot coffee available at 6AM. The only pro I can give this hotel is Victor. He’s a hard worker and he’s always been prompt, polite, and a pleasure to not only me but my coworkers as well.

I have never dealt with such rude staff at a hotel. I was laughed at for being stressed about extremely loud neighbors and asking if anything could be done or perhaps I could move a hotel. Extremely unprofessional staff who did not care about my concerns, despite me trying to be polite and kind (I know everyone is just trying to do their job), but it was unacceptable. Please hire better staff who do not ridicule their guests. It was embarrassing.
