Don't get me wrong the food was pretty good; however, if I'm going be charged $11.19 for a single Patty hamburger and a small soda, I would, at the very least, expect the cashier to say thank you after I make my purchase instead of looking at me like I'm crazy. I stood there for a while then finally I said thank you expecting to finally receive the same in response. Nothing said! So I took my seat and waited for my number to be called. When did the tide change from business owners and their employees saying thank you to customers to customers saying thank you to the owners and employees of the establishments where they spend their hard-earned money?

You know what Five Guys is-good burgers at a good price. Normally I wouldn't rate a chain like this at 5 stars, but the staff here is incredible! They make it a fun time whether you're ordering on site or have an app pick-up.

VERY expensive. You could go to Ted's Montana grill and get a bison burger and an actual sit in dining experience. It was $17.00+ for a little bacon burger, small fries and drink. go a block away to Chipotle instead.

I am probably one of Five Guys top customers (Not proud from a health standpoint) and I usually go to this store at least 4 times a week. Today was the worst experience ever. Fries cup with exactly 13 fries (yes I counted them), fries were not well cooked, burger was also under cooked. It was disgusting. Period. The kind of experience that mark you to the point you never want to have five guys again (I’ve been a regular of the chain for over 20 years). When I brought it to the managers attention, he looked at me and said: I got you. He didn’t look like he cared at all. It was just a terrible experience.
